Exchange rates and limits

1 min readUpdated Jul 9, 2026

Every swap is priced from live market prices, and the rate you confirm is the rate you get.

How the rate is set

  • The rate comes from live market prices for the pair you’re swapping.
  • The app’s margin is a spread built into the quoted rate — there’s no separate fee line. What you see quoted already includes it, so the amount shown is exactly what you’ll receive.
  • Swaps where neither side is USDT (say, BTC → GRAM) carry a slightly wider spread — the price routes through two markets instead of one.

Limits

The Exchange screen shows the limits that apply to your swap:

  • A minimum per swap — amounts below it can’t be swapped.
  • A maximum per swap — a larger amount is declined, so break it into several smaller swaps.
  • A daily limit per user — the total you can swap over a rolling day.

These are set by the app and shown in-app, so check the current figures on the Exchange screen.

Which assets can be swapped

Availability can vary per asset — not every asset is swappable at every moment, and the app shows what’s currently available when you pick the pair. If a pair isn’t offered, try again later or pick a different asset.

Good to know

  • The rate you confirm is the rate you get. Once you confirm within the quote’s validity window, the swap fills at that exact rate.
  • If the quote expires before you confirm, request a fresh one — see How to swap.
