How to create a giveaway

Creating a giveaway is a three-step wizard: the prize, the rules, then a review that funds it. Open More → Giveaways → Create a giveaway to start.

Step 1 — the prize

1. Pick the prize currency.
2. Choose the prize type: Same amount each (you enter what one winner gets) or Split a total pool (you enter the total and the app divides it).
3. Enter the amount.
4. Set the number of winners with the − / + control — anywhere from 1 to 100.

The gold band shows the other half of the maths: the total pool if you entered a per-winner prize, or the per-winner prize if you entered a pool.

Step 2 — the rules

• Channels to join to enter — add up to five @handles. Entrants have to be members of all of them.
• Draw ends in — how long the giveaway runs: 1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days.
• Host name (optional) — up to 64 characters, shown to participants instead of your username. Use your channel name.
• Show winners — publish the winners list after the draw, or keep it private.
• New participants only — excludes anyone who entered one of your earlier giveaways.

Step 3 — review and launch

The review screen totals what you’re about to lock and lists every setting. The launch button carries the amount — “Pay 100 USDT & launch” — and tapping it moves prize × winners out of your spendable balance into a hold.

You need the full amount in that asset — if the balance is short, the button stays disabled until you top up.

Sharing it

The final screen gives you the giveaway link. Copy it and post it in your channel; anyone who opens it lands on the entry screen. Manage giveaway takes you to the live view with participant count, share link and results.

⚠️ You can’t cancel or edit it

Once published, the settings are frozen and there’s no cancel button. The hold is released only by the draw — or by the automatic cancellation that refunds you in full when there aren’t enough eligible participants.
