Official and law-enforcement requests

Requests from law-enforcement agencies, courts and other authorities go through the official support channel — open the app (@tgpaycryptobot) and use More → Support, and state in the first message that this is an official request so it reaches the compliance team. There is no informal route, and no user data is disclosed over one.

What to include

A request that arrives with everything below can be assessed straight away:

• The issuing authority and the case or reference number.
• The legal basis for the request, and the document that carries it, on official letterhead.
• The requesting officer’s name, position and official contact details, so the request can be verified independently of the chat it arrived in.
• Precise identifiers — a Telegram user ID or @username, a deposit address, a transaction hash, and the asset, network, amount and timestamps (state the time zone) of the transactions in question.
• Exactly what is being asked for, and the channel the response should be sent to.

Vague requests (“any information about this user”) take longest and are the most likely to come back with questions.

How requests are handled

Every request is verified before anything is acted on and is answered through the official contact details of the issuing authority, not through the chat account that sent it. Requests are assessed individually against the applicable legal requirements. No account data is handed to private parties, “recovery agents” or anyone claiming to represent a victim.

If you’re a user, not an authority

• Lost funds to a scam? Report it to support from inside the app, with the transaction details and any addresses involved, and file a report with your local police. Read staying safe from scams first — it covers the immediate steps that limit further damage.
• Account restricted? That’s a compliance review, not a legal proceeding. Support and the Verification screen are the right path.
