Order statuses and what to do when delivery is late

Every Stars, Premium, gift and Stars-sale order lives on one screen: open Stars & Gifts and tap the clock button in the top right. Orders are listed newest first, and a dot on the clock means something is still in progress.

What the statuses mean

Purchases (Stars, Premium, gifts)

Status	Meaning
Awaiting claim	A check link nobody has activated yet
Pending	Paid, queued for delivery — you can still cancel
Delivering / Sending	Delivery is in progress
Delivered	Done
Failed	Delivery didn’t happen; the money is back in your wallet
Under review	Needs a manual check by support; your funds are safe
Cancelled	You cancelled it, or a check expired — refunded

Stars sales

Status	Meaning
Awaiting payment	The Stars invoice hasn’t been paid yet
Credited	Paid — the USDT is in your wallet
Expired	The invoice wasn’t paid in time; nothing was charged
Refunded	The payment couldn’t be applied and went back to your Stars

Cancelling and refunds

While an order is Pending — or a check is still Awaiting claim — you’ll see Cancel and refund under it. That returns the full amount to your wallet immediately.

Past that point the purchase may already be on its way, so cancelling is no longer possible. If it then fails, the refund is automatic — you don’t need to ask for it.

If delivery is taking too long

Most orders complete within a minute. If one is still moving after that, the system keeps retrying on its own for a while. There are two outcomes:

• it succeeds and flips to Delivered;
• it gives up, and your funds come back as Failed.

Under review is the rare third case: the delivery couldn’t be confirmed either way automatically, so a person checks it. Nothing is lost — the order ends up either delivered or refunded. You don’t need to open a second order in the meantime.
