Changing your display currency

2 min readUpdated Aug 7, 2026

Open More → Settings and pick your currency under Display currency: USD, EUR or RUB. The change applies immediately, everywhere the app shows an estimated value.

What it actually changes

Only what you read. Your balance is held in crypto — the display currency is a conversion the app applies on top so you can see roughly what your holdings are worth. Switching it affects:

  • the total on the home screen,
  • the estimated value shown next to each asset,
  • price charts on the asset screens.

Where the rates come from

The app pulls market prices from an external rates source and refreshes them periodically, so a value can lag the market by a short moment. An asset the rates source doesn’t currently price simply doesn’t contribute to your total — your crypto balance is unaffected, only the estimate is.

Rates are display-only. They are never used to calculate what you send, what you receive, or what a withdrawal costs.

The setting follows your account

Your choice is saved to your Telegram account storage, so opening the app on another device gives you the same currency without setting it again. It’s personal to you — the people you send crypto to see amounts in their chosen currency.

The rest of that screen

The same Settings screen also holds:

  • Language — English or Russian, for the app, the bot’s messages and the emails it sends you.
  • Appearance — Auto, Light or Dark.
  • Hide balance — masks amounts on the home screen so nothing sensitive is visible over your shoulder.
  • Telegram notifications — the bot’s messages about deposits, transfers and withdrawals. Security alerts (a PIN, email or Face ID change) are sent even with this off, on purpose.
