What the wallet is and how it works

The app is a crypto wallet that lives inside Telegram. You can hold several crypto assets, receive crypto from outside, send it to other Telegram users instantly, swap between assets, and withdraw to an external wallet — all without leaving Telegram.

Balances, not a stored number

Your balance is tracked per asset (for example, a USDT balance and a TON balance). Everything is accounted for down to the smallest unit, so what you see is exactly what you can spend or withdraw.

It’s custodial — there’s no seed phrase

The app holds crypto on your behalf, so there is no seed phrase or private key for you to back up. Your access is tied to your Telegram account, protected by the app’s security controls (a PIN or Face ID for sensitive actions, an optional backup email, and the withdrawal address allow-list).

Because there’s no seed phrase, no one from support will ever ask you for one — anyone who does is a scammer.
