When will my deposit arrive?

2 min readUpdated Aug 7, 2026

Your deposit is credited automatically once the blockchain has confirmed it the required number of times. The Receive screen tells you how many confirmations that network needs — the line under your address reads “Min deposit … · N network confirmations”.

How long it actually takes

There is no single answer, because the number of confirmations differs per network and each network produces blocks at its own pace. Fast networks credit in seconds; slower ones can take tens of minutes when blocks are full. The rule is always the same: the required confirmations shown on the Receive screen, then the credit.

Nothing is required from you in the meantime. You don’t submit a hash, you don’t press anything — the app watches the chain and credits your balance by itself.

Watching it land

On the BTC, LTC and DOGE networks the Receive screen shows the deposit while it is still confirming: ”⏳ Deposit spotted” with a running “N/M confirmations” counter. Leave the screen open and the counter ticks up.

The other networks don’t show this live view — the deposit simply appears in your balance and in Activity once it is credited, with the status Confirmed.

Small BTC, LTC and DOGE deposits may be credited after a single confirmation instead of the full count. When that applies, the counter on the screen shows the shorter target, so what you see is what will happen.

If it hasn’t arrived

Work through these in order:

  1. Check the transaction on a block explorer. If it isn’t confirmed there yet, it simply hasn’t reached the required depth — keep waiting.
  2. Confirm you sent the exact asset and network you selected in the app. A mismatch is the most common cause, and it is not a waiting problem — read I sent crypto on the wrong network — can it be recovered?.
  3. Confirm the amount was above the minimum deposit for that rail, shown on the Receive screen. Amounts below it are not credited.
  4. If the deposit is confirmed on-chain, the asset and network match, and it is above the minimum — contact support with the transaction hash (txid).
