Withdrawal statuses and troubleshooting

2 min readUpdated Jul 9, 2026

Every withdrawal moves through a set of statuses. Here’s what each one means and what, if anything, you need to do.

The statuses

  • Pending — the amount and fee have been held from your balance, but the withdrawal hasn’t been handed to the network yet. No action needed; it advances on its own.
  • Scheduled — a large withdrawal parked in its safety window, with the send time shown. You can still cancel it — see Why a large withdrawal is scheduled instead of sent.
  • Cancelled — you cancelled it during that window. The full amount plus the fee are back in your balance.
  • Processing — handed to the network and awaiting on-chain confirmation. This is the normal wait; how long depends on the network.
  • Confirmed — done. The funds are confirmed on-chain at the destination and the fee has been taken.
  • Failed — a network or provider failure. The withdrawal did not go out, and the full amount plus the fee are returned to your balance. You can try again. A withdrawal blocked by compliance (AML) address screening doesn’t appear in this list at all: the block happens at submission, before any money is taken, so you see an error on the Withdraw screen and no transaction is created.

About address screening

Destination addresses are screened before any money moves. Addresses that come back high-risk or sanctioned are blocked at submission — the withdrawal never starts, and nothing is taken from your balance. If a destination you trust is being blocked, use a different address; the block is on the address, not your account.

A confirmed withdrawal isn’t showing at the destination

If the app shows Confirmed but the funds haven’t appeared where you sent them:

  1. Check the transaction (txid) on a block explorer for that network — a confirmed transaction there means the funds left the app successfully.
  2. Confirm you used the correct network for the destination. Funds sent on a network the receiver doesn’t credit may not show up — see choosing the network.
  3. If the destination was a centralized exchange deposit address that requires a memo/tag and you left the Memo field empty, the deposit may be unattributed — contact the exchange’s support with the txid.
  4. Give the receiver time to credit the deposit (exchanges often need extra confirmations of their own).

If the transaction is confirmed on-chain but still missing after a reasonable wait, contact support with the txid so it can be traced.
