Why a large withdrawal is scheduled instead of sent
Withdrawals above a certain value don’t go out immediately. They are held for a short safety window first, and you can cancel them for free during it. The app calls this state Scheduled and shows “Withdrawal scheduled — a safety hold for large withdrawals.”
Nothing is wrong with your withdrawal. The delay exists so that a withdrawal made by someone who reached your account can still be stopped before the coins leave.
What happens
- You confirm a large withdrawal as usual. The amount and fee are held from your balance right away.
- The withdrawal parks as Scheduled, with the send time shown on its detail screen: “Will be sent at HH:MM.”
- A Telegram message arrives with the amount, the destination and that time, plus a link straight to the withdrawal. (It follows your Telegram notifications toggle — keep notifications on if you rely on this window.)
- When the window ends, it is broadcast automatically. No action needed.
The value that triggers the delay and the length of the window are set by the app and can change — the withdrawal’s own screen always shows the actual send time.
Cancelling it
Open the withdrawal (from Activity, or from the button in the Telegram message) and tap Cancel withdrawal. The full amount and the fee go straight back to your balance and the withdrawal reads Cancelled.
You can cancel only while it is Scheduled. Once the window ends and it goes out, it is on the blockchain and cannot be recalled.
Why a scheduled withdrawal can take longer than stated
The stated time is the earliest it will be sent, not a guarantee. If the platform pauses outgoing sends — during an incident, for example — scheduled withdrawals keep waiting and go out once sends resume. Your funds stay held and accounted for the whole time, and you can still cancel.
